Services include setting up and connecting smartphones, tablets, computers, and printers; transferring data to new devices; connecting and troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks; resolving device problems; assisting with password recovery and account access; and helping complete online forms, applications, and registrations. My goal is to make everyday technology simple, reliable, and stress-free.

The concierge services are designed to take the pressure off day-to-day responsibilities by handling the details that often become overwhelming or impossible for out of area family members. This includes reliable transportation to medical appointments with hands-on support from door to check-in and back home, as well as grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, and running essential errands. Appointments are scheduled and coordinated efficiently, with reminders and organization to keep everything on track. Inside the home, assistance is provided with organizing paperwork, mail, and living spaces to maintain a comfortable and orderly environment. Additional support includes helping with coordinating services or deliveries, and managing everyday needs. The goal is to anticipate what needs to be done, reduce stress, and keep life running smoothly and reliably.

With more than 15 years of hands-on caregiving experience, I provide personalized technology help for seniors, in-home concierge assistance, and compassionate senior support. My goal is to help older adults remain comfortable, organized, and independent in their own homes while making daily life easier for both seniors and their families. Through practical assistance, dependable guidance, and attentive one-on-one support, I help clients confidently manage both everyday tasks and modern technology.

My path into caregiving began in a deeply personal way. I cared for both of my parents through the final stages of their lives, and that experience revealed how difficult it can be for families to find consistent, compassionate in-home senior care. The level of care my parents received was not what I believed families and seniors deserve. That experience became the turning point that led me to dedicate my career to providing the kind of attentive, respectful care I would have wanted for my own family.

Throughout my career I have supported seniors living with a wide range of health conditions and life transitions. My approach focuses on preserving dignity, maintaining independence, and helping seniors continue living safely at home.

Technology has become an essential part of daily life and healthcare management. Many seniors need patient guidance when using smartphones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, and online services. I specialize in technology assistance for seniors, helping clients learn how to use devices, manage passwords, access telehealth platforms, complete online forms, and stay connected with family and healthcare providers. My goal is to make technology easier, less stressful, and more accessible for seniors.

In addition to technology support and caregiving, I bring a strong background in healthcare administration and patient advocacy. My experience includes medical front and back office operations, appointment scheduling, insurance coordination, prior authorizations, and appeals support. I have worked directly with insurance companies and healthcare providers to help patients gain access to medications and treatments, advocating for them when approvals were delayed or denied.

I have also worked within biotechnology patient access programs, helping patients navigate complex medication access systems and support programs. Because healthcare systems can often feel confusing and overwhelming, I frequently assist families with organizing medical paperwork, coordinating appointments, and helping them better understand Medicare plan options.

My concierge approach blends technology help for seniors, healthcare navigation, practical daily assistance, and compassionate caregiving. Whether assisting with everyday tasks, helping clients understand online services, navigating healthcare systems, or providing meaningful companionship, my goal is to reduce stress for families and improve quality of life for the seniors I serve.

Over the years I have also had the privilege of supporting hospice patients and their families during end-of-life transitions, providing calm presence, compassion, and steady support during some of life’s most difficult moments.
