About the business
Pam Andres provides private, concierge-level support for seniors who value independence, discretion, and a higher standard of personalized care. As an owner-operated service, every client receives consistent, one-on-one attention from a trusted professional, ensuring continuity, reliability, and a truly individualized experience. To maintain this level of care, services are offered on a limited, by-appointment basis.
Her services are intentionally designed to integrate senior-focused technology assistance, lifestyle concierge support, and, when appropriate, discreet hands-on caregiving—allowing families to rely on a single, highly capable point of contact for both everyday needs and more complex situations.
A core specialty of Pam’s work is in-home technology support for seniors. She works closely with clients to simplify and manage the digital tools that are now essential to daily life. From setting up and maintaining smartphones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, and printers to guiding clients through apps, online forms, email, health portals, and account access, her approach is patient, practical, and tailored to each individual. This allows clients to remain connected, organized, and confident without frustration or dependence.
Concierge services are delivered with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. Clients rely on Pam for transportation to appointments, errands, grocery shopping, prescription pickup, and coordination of daily needs. These services help maintain routine and reduce stress, while giving families confidence that important responsibilities are handled reliably.
Hands-on caregiving is available as a complementary extension of services and is provided with discretion and respect for each client’s independence. Support may include companionship, assistance with daily routines, mobility support, meal preparation, and medication setup and reminders, always tailored to the client’s preferences and level of need.

I am happy to discuss individual needs to ensure a safe and appropriate fit.
Do you help out-of-town families?
Yes! For families who are not local, I provide a trusted, on-the-ground presence and serve as a single, reliable point of contact. I communicate directly with one designated family member, providing updates and coordination through call, text, or email as appropriate. This ensures clear, consistent communication and gives families confidence that their loved one is supported with reliability and attention to detail.
Safety Limitations
For safety reasons, I am not able to perform full transfers or lift clients who are unable to assist with movement. This includes the use of mechanical lifts such as Hoyer lifts. I am also unable to lift or move heavy objects. Services are best suited for clients who can participate in their own mobility and require light to moderate assistance. I am happy to discuss individual needs to ensure services are a safe and appropriate fit.
